Through Discussion, He Could Better Understand The Products And Knew What The Customer’s Requirements Are, Specifically What Are The Challenges Of The Industrial Heating Industry Are Facing And What Are The Heater Manufacturers Providing To The Customers. How Are They Not Able To Fulfill Them, Then He Thought That Only By Going Into The Industry This Problem Could Be Solved, Due To Financial Issues, He Started His Business Through Partnership Firm In 2007.

There Was No Proper Supply Of High Wattage Density Heaters In India. Under The Supervision Of Mr. Deepak Sharma, His Technical Experts And Engineering Staff Developed Indian Technology For Manufacturing High Wattage Density Heaters In Which 90% Of The Raw Material Used Was Indian.

The Company Started Manufacturing Hot Runner Mould Heating Elements For The PVC Industry.
In 2019
The Company Developed MGO Ceramic And We Are Happy To Announce That We Are The First Manufacturer In India To Develop MGO Ceramic (99.9%).

The Company Firstly Designed And Developed 27 Customized Heaters For Polymed Company And 9 Heaters For Tecumseh Products Company LLC (US Company), For Which Both The Companies Were Completely Dependent On Imports.

The Company Focused On Resolving Quality Issues Related To MGO Ceramic, A Core Raw Material For The Industrial Heating Industry.
In 2023, Deepak Sharma Started A New Journey With His Owned (Poly Heat Engineering India), In Which The Firm Manufactures Mostly Non-Standard Heaters, Customized Heaters. Ultimately He Would Like To Say That He Is Happy That He Could Contribute His Bit In Addressing Whatever Issues And Expectations Customers Had From The Industrial Heating Industry.
